Q: What’s the timeline for a plan or design? 

A: It depends on your playground’s size. Typically, it takes 3 working days to complete an overall design.

Q: What are the trade and payment terms? 

A: Trade: EXW, FOB, CFR, CIF, DDU, DDP. Payment: 30% T/T deposit, balance before loading. Large orders: L/C at sight. Trial parts: Western Union, credit card, PayPal, or cash.
