Q: What's the way to place an order for an indoor playground? 

A: The way is like this: Send floor plan - Design - Order Confirm - Sign contract - Pay deposit - Production - Pay balance - Loading - Delivery.

Q: How long does it take to receive a plan or design?

 A: It varies according to the size of your playground. Generally speaking, it takes about 3 working days to complete an overall design.

Q: What are the trade and payment terms like?

 A: For trade terms, EXW, FOB, CFR, CIF, DDU, DDP are all available. In terms of payment terms, our usual payment term is 30% T/T as deposit, and the balance is to be paid before loading. 

For large orders, L/C at sight is acceptable. For trial orders of some play parts, Western Union, credit card, PayPal or cash are fine.
