At Zhenghan Playground, we ensure quality by using high-end materials, advanced machinery, and a strict quality control system. Zhenghan Playground offers the most competitive warranty service in the industry.

The following warranty policy applies to all installed playgrounds supplied by Zhenghan Playground. It is our goal at Zhenghan Playground to provide our customers with the highest quality playground equipment.

LIMITED WARRANTY:Zhenghan Playground offers a warranty for its playground equipment to the initial customer ensuring that it is free from structural defects caused by faulty materials or workmanship during regular usage and installation in adherence to our published specifications. Our approved equipment is free from material and workmanship defects for a period of one year from the playground's installation completion date. Within this one-year period, Zhenghan Playground will service the equipment and carry out any necessary repairs to defective parts without any charge or provide the required parts for self-installation, if applicable. The warranty does not cover the cost ofshipping or labor for the removal and installation of repaired or replacement parts.

Zhenghan Playground carry the following warranties:

Parts made of metal, such as galvanized steel pipes, metal supports for shooting games (excluding guns, cannons, and ball blasters), and all stainless steel hardware (bolts, screws, nuts, and washers) are covered by a 2 year warranty against structural failure.

Play components made from LLDPE (plastic) and fiberglass materials come with a 2 year warranty against deterioration, rendering them unsuitable for use. These components include tunnels, swing seats, seesaws, watchtowers and cubes, slides, panels, junction tubes, plastic houses, themed roofs, and more.

Soft play products, which include wood components or sponge items covered by soft PVC leather such as platforms, themed panels, and roofs, cartoon boards for decoration, soft wall cushions, climbers, stairs, fences for ball pits, punching bags, flooring mats, cushions for slides, soft seats, and obstacles in all shapes are covered by a 1 year warranty.

After 1 year of use, this warranty covers auxiliary equipment like trampolines, safety nets, PVC pipes, webbing equipment, clamps, and nylon strings. However, it does not cover plastic balls for the ball pit.

Kids Merry go round:

Electronic and electrical components such as air blowers, air compressors, motors, gearboxes, magnetic valves, and buttons are covered for 1 year.

The warranty for the frame, structure, padding, and soft wrapping material is valid for 1 year.

Ball blaster:

The warranty period for electric and pneumatic parts is 1 year.

Steel parts and metal hardware, including the barrel, mount, post, seat, and mounting hardware, are covered by a 1 year warranty.

This warranty does not include coverage for foam balls used in ball blasters.

SPARE PARTS: Zhenghan Playground provides turn-key playgrounds that come with spare parts shipped along with them. These service parts are absolutely free and are adequate to maintain the playground for a period of 1 to 3 years. In case any parts get damaged or fail, customers can utilize the spare service parts to replace them. However, it is the customer's responsibility to use and maintain all the materials with utmost care. We request our customers to follow the instruction manuals carefully during installation and maintenance of the playground and spare parts. Moreover, it's the customer's responsibility to store the spare parts safely when not in use.

Please note:

Zhenghan Playground offers warranties only to the original customers. If the playground equipment is sold, mortgaged, or transferred to a third party, all warranties will be automatically voided.

Please note that this warranty does not cover any cosmetic issues or wear and tear resulting from normal use of the product, or any misuse or abuse of the product. It is only valid if the playgrounds are erected in accordance with Zhenghan Playground's installation instructions and maintained as per the maintenance procedures provided by Zhenghan Playground.
