 What's the sequence? A: The sequence is: Send floor plan - Design - Order Confirm - Sign contract - Pay deposit - Production - Pay balance - Loading - Delivery.

Q: Any clue about the time span to get a plan or design? 

A: It's based on the size of your playground. On average, it takes about 3 working days to finish an overall design.

Q: What are the details of trade and payment terms?

 A: For trade terms, EXW, FOB, CFR, CIF, DDU, DDP are all suitable. Regarding payment terms, our standard payment term is 30% T/T as deposit, with the balance paid before loading. 

For large orders, L/C at sight is acceptable. For trial orders of some play parts, Western Union, credit card, PayPal or cash are fine.
