FAQ
Q: I'm interested in ordering an indoor playground. What's the process?
A: The process goes like this: Send floor plan - Design - Order Confirm - Sign contract - Pay deposit - Production - Pay balance - Loading - Delivery.
Q: What's the waiting time for a plan or design?
A: It varies with the size of your playground. Normally, it takes roughly 3 working days to work out an overall design.
Q: Can you introduce the trade and payment terms?
A: As for trade terms, EXW, FOB, CFR, CIF, DDU, DDP are all available. When it comes to payment terms, our usual payment term is 30% T/T as deposit, and the balance is to be paid before loading.
For big orders, L/C at sight is acceptable. For trial orders of some play parts, Western Union, credit card, PayPal or cash are okay.
