Q: I want to know how to place an order of an indoor playground. What's the procedure?
A: The procedure is as follows: Send floor plan - Design - Order Confirm - Sign contract - Pay deposit - Production - Pay balance - Loading - Delivery.
Q: How long will it take to receive a plan or design?
A: The duration depends on the size of your playground. Usually, it takes 3 working days to work out an overall design.
Q: Can you introduce the trade and payment terms?
A: For trade terms, EXW, FOB, CFR, CIF, DDU, DDP are all welcomed.
In terms of payment terms, our normal payment term is 30% T/T as deposit, and the balance is to be paid before loading. For large orders, we accept L/C at sight.
For trial orders of some play parts, Western Union, credit card, PayPal or cash are acceptable.
