Q: What's the process to place an order for a trampoline park?
A: The process goes like this: Send floor plan - Design - Order Confirm - Sign contract - Pay deposit - Production - Pay balance - Loading - Delivery.
Q: How much time is needed to get a plan or design?
A: The time depends on the size of your playground. Generally, it takes about 3 working days to finish an overall design.
Q: Tell me about the trade and payment terms?
A: For trade terms, EXW, FOB, CFR, CIF, DDU, DDP are all available.
Regarding payment terms, our usual payment term is 30% T/T as deposit, and the balance is paid before loading.
For large orders, we accept L/C at sight.
For trial orders of some play parts, Western Union, credit card, PayPal or cash are acceptable.
