Q: I'm considering ordering an indoor playground. What's the method?

A: The method is as follows: Send floor plan - Design - Order Confirm - Sign contract - Pay deposit - Production - Pay balance - Loading - Delivery.

Q: How much time is needed to get a plan or design?

A: It depends on the size of your playground. In general, it takes roughly 3 working days to come up with an overall design.

Q: Tell me about the trade and payment terms.

A: For trade terms, EXW, FOB, CFR, CIF, DDU, DDP are all acceptable. When it comes to payment terms, our normal payment term is 30% T/T as deposit, and the balance is to be paid before loading. For big orders,

L/C at sight is acceptable. For trial orders of some play parts, Western Union, credit card, PayPal or cash are okay.
