Q: I'm interested in placing an order for an indoor playground. What's the workflow?

A: The workflow is like this: Send floor plan - Design - Order Confirm - Sign contract - Pay deposit - Production - Pay balance - Loading - Delivery.

Q: How long will it take to receive a plan or design?

A: It depends on the size of your playground. On the whole, it takes roughly 3 working days to come up with an overall design.

Q: Could you tell me about the trade and payment terms?

A: Regarding trade terms, EXW, FOB, CFR, CIF, DDU, DDP are all available. When it comes to payment terms, our normal payment term is 30% T/T as deposit, and the balance is to be paid before loading.

For large orders, L/C at sight is acceptable. For trial orders of some play parts, Western Union, credit card, PayPal or cash are okay.
